First, the order process is rigged in favor of the company getting additional orders. If you try to order the trial sample for $4.99, you will get three pop ups saying that your order is not finished yet because you can get three other products at additional cost. If you move forward thinking you are taking a pass on those additions but do not check the tiny box at the bottom of each offer page indicating that you do not want the products, you will be ordering them too.
Second, if you checked the box that you have read and agree to the customer agreement, you are agreeing to being charged $89.99 for the trial shipment if you do not contact the company within 14 days of your order (not 14 days of receipt of your order). Plus you agree to be enrolled to receive a shipment within 45 days of your trial order and every 30 days thereafter each for $89.99.
I regret that I did not pay close enough attention to the above, but you can bet your bottom dollar that I will call 888-505-5361 ASAP Monday morning (They are not available on the weekends.) when they are supposed to be answering the phone and will cancel any further orders.
Reason of review: Order processing issue.
